China is considered an "emerging" origin due to recent expansion of infrastructure for growing and processing. Despite that, this is the third season we're able to offer coffee from Yunnan -- this harvest thanks to Torch Coffee. 

The profile of this cup is very familiar but a bit wild. A stunning degree of sweetness and complexity shines through a full, winey body with and tropical fruit brightness.
