It's a pleasure to incorporate this new offer from Ethiopia on our menu, especially one from a renowned producer and exporter in Ethiopia. This lot is fruit-forward and floral yet provides a sweet and silky body. We perceive an intense red Jolly Rancher note in its aroma and taste. 

This coffee comes from a mill owned by Tariku Kare, whose coffee journey began at the age of 15 as a cherry sorter. Over the years, Tariku gained experience in the industry going from managing to eventually opening his own washing stations. He has become a leader in Ethiopia's export industry and offers farmers a premium for delivered ripe cherry to his washing stations.
